Having navigated the journey of a second chance herself after overcoming past struggles with drugs and alcohol, Debra understands the transformative power of a new opportunity.
She spent 10 years working as a resident monitor in corrections for Franklin County, giving her an inside perspective on the needs of those re-entering the workforce.
